Ann Bass, MD is excited to join Lone Star Neurology, based in Dallas/Fort Worth, at its first location here in San Antonio, Texas, starting in June 2024. Previously, Dr. Bass has been the medical director of the comprehensive multiple sclerosis clinic at the Neurology Center of San Antonio in Texas since 1997.
Samantha Wood, PA is a licensed and board certified Physician Assistant. She graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and from the University of Texas Medical Branch with a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies.
PAStephanie Berry, MSN, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 26 years of nursing experience, including 15 years as a Family Nurse Practitioner, providing comprehensive care across the lifespan, including neurology-focused care, primary care, and urgent care services, within the scope of her education, training, certification, and applicable state regulations.
