Callie Madsen is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas at Tyler and a Master of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She worked at Medical City Dallas in Neurovascular ICU for 4.5 years prior to joining Lonestar Neurology. She currently lives in North Texas with her husband and two dogs. When not working, Callie enjoys traveling, being outdoors, and staying active.
